How do I use my VYSRE device?

The VYSRE device's patent-pending programming is planned and delivered through an app, which not only allows you to use the device but optimizes your sessions by guiding you through a comprehensive routine. Once you download the app and login, you will have access to different VYBEs, or settings, that will help unlock your brain's full potential.

Is the VYSRE device safe? Yes! Check out our safety page for more information.
Is it something you use like 20 minutes before practice? The VYSRE device can and should be used as a pre-activity primer for the brain-enhancing neuro pathway to provide better functionality in that area.
Do I wear them while doing tasks? Studies that show tACS, utilized by the VYSRE device, can be effective if utilized during the activity.
What should you listen to? This is up to you!
Will the headphones automatically shut off? The treatment window is 15-20 min, and audio cues tell you when the treatment begins and ends. But, after the treatment, you can continue to use the VYSRE device as headphones to listen to your favorite jams for as long as you want.
Can I just my headphones just for music? Yes, if you don't activate a treatment session, the VYSRE device will act as a pair of headphones.
How long is a session? Each VYBE program is 15-20 min long.
Can I do sessions back to back? Much like working out your body, it needs time to rest to gain the full benefit of the treatment and to not over-exert yourself. Recommend use is once to twice a day.
